~ “September is a month to reflect, plan and create.” ~
As the month of September comes to an end, I thought … why not show you my September favourites?! I have a few different categories to share but let’s start with fashion, shall we?
Every year, in the magical month of September, us girls get ridiculously excited to pull out our favourite booties and sweaters and remind ourselves what it feels like to be 100% cozy. If you’re like me, you go through at least 2 pairs of booties every winter and are always buying a new pair at the start of the season. This year, I found these babies at Steve Madden and I’m obsessed. I’ve been looking for pointed toe, suede block heel booties for a very long time, when I saw these I knew I had to have them. The sock ankle allows you to walk and run comfortably while still staying up and they are the perfect height to keep you comfortable all day.
If I’m being honest this bag was a bit of an impulse purchase but I am so glad I picked it up! It goes perfectly with almost everything I own and adds a bit of texture and pattern to every look. Not to mention, I adore the size and the versatility of it to be a clutch or a purse.
If you read my post “Chic Fall Essentials” then you know exactly how I feel about this sweater. It’s a necessity… that’s all I’m going to say.
I’m always on the hunt for the perfect highlighter and this one is pretty damn close. Lancome’s dual finish highlighter in shade 01 ‘Shimmering buff’, gives me a golden shimmery glow. As you can tell by the picture… it has definitely been a September favourite.
My dear friend/sister/soul mate, Margaret gave me a few beauty products for my birthday and this milk bronzer in shade, ‘baked’ was one of them. It was my first time using a liquid bronzer but OMG. LIFE CHANGING. This thing blends so easily and feels light on the face… it is 100% a new makeup essential for me.
Last but not least for the beauty category… Chanel Chance. This perfume is me and the season of fall in a bottle. Needless to say, this will be my signature scent for the next couple of months. I’m not going to try to explain the gorgeous aroma’s to you. I’m just going to tell you to go and smell it for yourself!
I purchased this Stil classics planner at the very beginning of September because I wanted to get back into a routine, stay organized, start budgeting and be more productive. If my mom reads this she is probably going to tell me I’m an insane person because I literally buy and receive so many planners every year it’s a bit ridiculous. I always use them all though! What can I say… I’m just obsessed with organization. However.. I think I finally found my agenda soul mate. This 6-month undated planner has everything I need to have a well planned and organized life. From working to blogging to goal setting to budgeting… not to mention it’s beautiful!
I’m not going to say much about this book except that everyone should read it.
hope you all enjoyed learning what some of my September favourites are. Thanks so much for reading!
